The dreadful news of bloodthirsty serial killer terribly hits the entire New York City. Captain Jack Fernandez enters into the cabin and radio jockey promptly seize his attention. It is the 9^th brutal murder in recent two weeks. The cities most prominent leading businessman Mr. Ronald Raymond becomes a victim of the serial killer. In his living apartment except the blood pool copes didn’t discovers anything. Like previous mysterious brutal murder chain assassinator leaves his isolated head on his bed and vanishes with his remaining dead body. Captain David Ray hurriedly enters into the cabin and finds the Jack regrettably contemplating about the incapability of police department. Both of them desperately drive towards the Raymond Mansion in search of solid evidences. On the way Jack perceives the ugly stranger who carry’s the huge sack on his shoulders and his cloths seems bloody. They attentively detect the area but bloody stranger evaporates in the air. In his own game killer cunningly use them as his cards and safely escapes with their jeep and dead body.

On the way they encounters with Inspector Michel Fernandez. He is honourably rewarded for his heroisms during several of mafia and murder cases but unfortunately he never became the real hero for his own son Captain Jack Fernandez. Jack becomes aware of his moms mysterious slaughter and his miserable past. David discovers about his parents ruthless murder. Within next twelve hours executioner mercilessly slays five lives and reportedly shudders the entire city from the root. The sudden terrible blow significantly brings up the unforecastable twist in the case. Citizen becomes fearful to death. Killer openly challenges the New York copes. He uses modern robotic technologies to examine security systems.

The extraordinarily talented and fatefully paralysed guy Marcus Pauls dad robotic scientist Mr.Peter Paul miraculously gets kidnapped. His elder sister becomes the casualty of assassinator. He secretly investigates and analyses all the past cases with remote monitoring technology. The serial killer tends to ruin the whole New York City. With his master criminal mind he kidnaps 750 innocent orphanage kids and staff members. He conspiratorially establishes his own under-grounded world which internally occupies the complete city. Proportion of the murders drastically increases. The single vicious serial killer challengingly involves entire City Police, Army, Bomb Scots, Robotic Scot and City Plumber House into same case. Fortunately Inspector Fernandez, his colleague Inspector Robert, Captain Jack and David confidentially learns about killers mysterious, miserable, dreadful and terrible past with several buried secrets. Till the time assassinator plants thousands of time bombs in the city and allegedly provokes the city copes and social media by sending the intimation recording. He clearly claims the timing sharp 12.00am as disastrous moment for entire city. They discovers about the complete horrifying conspiracy in last five hours. Those extreme five hours going to claim millions of lives at one shot and apparently demolish the whole New York City outrageously. Their inventive plan successfully works out miraculously and declares them heroes for entire New York City.
