The dreadful news of bloodthirsty serial killer terribly hits the entire New York City. Captain Jack Fernandez enters into the cabin and radio jockey promptly seize his attention. In his living apartment except the blood pool copes didn’t discovers anything. Captain David Ray hurriedly enters into the cabin and finds the Jack regrettably contemplating about the incapability of police department. On the way they encounters with Inspector Michel Fernandez. Jack becomes aware of his moms mysterious slaughter and his miserable past. David discovers about his parents ruthless murder. With his master criminal mind he kidnaps 750 innocent orphanage kids and staff members. He conspiratorially establishes his own under-grounded world which internally occupies the complete city. Till the time assassinator plants thousands of time bombs in the city and allegedly provokes the city copes and social media by sending the intimation recording. They fabricate secret plan with their companions and decides to play a dirty politics with their won fathers which they severally played with the poor citizens.
